By accessing or using RentSen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

RentSen provides a cloud-based rental management platform that may include booking websites, administrative tools, fleet management features, reporting tools and related services. We reserve the right to modify, improve or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep such information up to date. RentSen is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable.

You retain ownership of all data, content and information uploaded to or created within the Service. You grant RentSen a limited right to process such data solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Service;
• Upload malicious code, malware or harmful content;
• Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

RentSen will make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and reliability of the Service. However, the Service is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous operation. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect availability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the Service, other users or third parties. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. Upon termination, access to certain data may be restricted or removed in accordance with our retention policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentSen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to RentSen during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page and will become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
