1. Scope and Summary
This Cookie Policy explains how Senvenli d.o.o., operating RentSen ("RentSen", "we", "our", or "us") uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies on the public RentSen website at rentsen.me.
The public website does not use advertising cookies or cookies intended to track visitors across unrelated websites.
It currently uses:
- a functional cookie to remember the language selected by the visitor;
- limited browser storage used for website functionality and navigation; and
- self-hosted, cookieless analytics where analytics features are enabled by RentSen.
This Policy also covers the RentSen Operations and Admin consoles and the booking websites that RentSen operates for rental businesses. Those surfaces use only cookies and browser storage that are necessary for sign-in, security, language and display preferences, and the booking process. They do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal information more generally.
Where applicable law requires consent before a particular cookie or similar technology may be used, that technology will not be activated before the required consent has been obtained.
2. Cookieless Analytics
When analytics is enabled, RentSen uses a self-hosted instance of Umami to understand how the public website is used and to monitor website performance.
Depending on the analytics features enabled, Umami may process information such as:
- page URLs;
- referring pages or websites;
- browser and device information;
- operating system;
- approximate country;
- campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign;
- website performance measurements;
- signup or checkout funnel progress; and
- categorical technical error information.
RentSen's analytics configuration does not use analytics cookies, does not create advertising profiles and is not used to track visitors across unrelated websites.
Analytics data remains on infrastructure operated for RentSen rather than being provided to an advertising analytics platform.
Where session recording is enabled on eligible marketing pages, it may record interactions such as mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and page navigation.
Page text and information entered into forms are masked before the recording is transmitted. Sensitive signup and checkout routes are excluded from session recording.
Session recording does not place an analytics cookie.

3. Cookies and Browser Storage
In addition to cookies, websites may use technologies such as local storage and session storage.
Local storage and session storage are technically different from cookies because they are not automatically transmitted with each web request. However, they are described in this Policy for transparency because privacy laws may treat access to information stored on a device similarly to cookies in certain circumstances.
RentSen currently uses the following browser-side values:

None of these values is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
The language cookie contains only a supported language value. If no language preference has been stored, RentSen may use the browser's supported language or default to English.
Dismissing a privacy notice does not constitute consent to optional cookies or tracking technologies.

5. Rental Business Booking Websites
Booking websites that RentSen operates for rental businesses use the following values. The booking form keeps the details a visitor enters in session storage on the visitor's own device until the tab is closed, so that the visitor can move between booking steps. These values are not used for advertising or tracking.

6. Third-Party Services
The RentSen public website does not intentionally load third-party advertising trackers.
Paddle Checkout
When a user proceeds to purchase a RentSen subscription, RentSen uses Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record.
The checkout experience may load Paddle-controlled scripts or an embedded Paddle checkout environment. Paddle may use its own cookies and similar technologies for purposes including:
- operating and securing the checkout;
- processing payments;
- preventing fraud;
- managing transactions;
- maintaining checkout functionality; and
- other purposes described in Paddle's legal notices.
Paddle independently determines and controls its use of such technologies within its checkout environment.
Paddle states that it uses necessary cookies to operate and secure its services and, where applicable, obtains consent for non-essential cookies used for purposes such as analytics or marketing.

External Websites
Links to third-party websites are governed by the privacy and cookie practices of those third parties. RentSen does not control cookies or similar technologies used on external websites.
7. Your Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to:
- view stored cookies;
- block or delete cookies;
- clear local and session storage; and
- restrict websites from storing information on your device.
Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent certain website or application functionality from working correctly.
Because RentSen's self-hosted website analytics does not rely on analytics cookies, deleting or blocking cookies alone does not necessarily prevent analytics scripts from running.
Where applicable law requires consent for a particular analytics or similar technology, RentSen will provide the required control before activating that technology.
Clearing local storage will cause locally stored website preferences, such as the dismissed privacy notice, to be reset.
Deleting the language cookie will cause RentSen to determine the website language again from the available browser language settings or default language.
8. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the technologies used by RentSen, our services or applicable legal requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page together with its updated date.
Where required by applicable law, we will request consent again before materially changing the way consent-based technologies are used.
